Novael — AI Visual Template Studio

1. General Overview

These Terms of Service apply to all use of the Novael application, a lightweight AI visual template tool for image and video creation. By opening or using Novael, you agree to these terms. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial creative use unless otherwise permitted by law and by us in writing.

2. Account Usage

Novael uses a no-mandatory-account model. You are not required to register, log in, or complete real-name verification to access core generation features, preview results, or manage local records.

We do not operate a traditional login account system for everyday use.
Local app data is stored on your device according to app functionality.

3. Service Operation

AI visual generation services in Novael are provided through infrastructure we operate, including image style processing, template matching, rendering, and video synthesis workflows.

Core creative processing is delivered through our controlled technical systems.
An internet connection is required for AI generation features.

4. User Content

You retain responsibility for content you upload and generate. You must own or have lawful rights to use any material you submit.

Do not upload illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, or otherwise prohibited content.
Do not use Novael for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized commercial infringement.
We provide technical generation only and do not claim ownership of your original uploads or finished works.

5. Personal Information and Privacy

Novael does not collect face data or facial biometric identifiers. We do not gather facial recognition templates, faceprints, or biometric face profiles from your media.

Generation applies overall visual styling to images; we do not perform facial identification or face tracking.
We do not share personal user information with third parties for unrelated marketing or data resale.

6. In-App Purchases

Coin packs and subscriptions, where offered, are governed by their respective terms and by Apple In-App Purchase rules. Prices and benefits are displayed on the relevant purchase screens before you confirm payment.

7. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its services.
Use cheats, unauthorized scripts, or tools that disrupt normal operation.
Attempt to overload, scrape, or abuse generation systems.

We may restrict access if you violate these rules or cause harm to the service or other users.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep core features available and may update, maintain, or improve the app over time. Generation quality and processing time may vary based on your source image, prompts, and network conditions. Results are creative outputs and may differ between sessions.

You may delete local records and clear cache in the Profile section.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novael is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
