Novael — AI Visual Template Studio
This Subscription Agreement governs paid subscription services offered in the Novael application. By purchasing, activating, or using a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Subscription services provide in-app benefits for users who want enhanced resources for AI visual template generation.
Novael offers time-limited membership subscriptions with multiple cycle options displayed on the in-app subscription page. Subscriptions are virtual in-app services applicable only within Novael. They do not include delivery of physical goods.
A primary benefit of an active subscription is receiving bonus in-app coins according to the plan you purchase. After successful payment and activation, the corresponding coin amount is credited to your app balance as described on the subscription page.
Unless otherwise stated for your active plan, AI generation may still consume coins per the app’s standard generation rules. A subscription does not automatically mean unlimited free generations unless explicitly shown for your plan.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Fees, renewal terms, and benefit details are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm payment.
Automatic renewal: If you purchase an auto-renewing plan, Apple may charge your Apple ID before each renewal period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
You may use the Restore Purchases option on the subscription screen to recover eligible subscription status associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple and app verification rules.
Subscription users must comply with all Novael usage rules and applicable laws. You may not misuse subscription benefits for fraud, resale abuse, or automated exploitation.
Novael does not collect face data or facial biometric identifiers. We do not share personal user information with third parties for unrelated marketing or data brokerage. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update subscription offerings to improve the product. Changes will not remove benefits you have already paid for during an active, valid subscription period as shown at the time of purchase. Contact us with questions using the email below.
