Novael — AI Visual Template Studio
This privacy statement aims to clearly inform all users of the data processing rules and user privacy protection standards of the Novael application. Novael is a lightweight AI visual template generation application focused on image and video template creation. We attach top priority to user privacy and personal data security, and all functional designs of the application strictly adhere to the principle of absolute user privacy protection.
Novael does not collect, store, process or retain any form of user personal data and private information in any usage scenario. This statement will detailedly explain all privacy protection rules of the application to ensure users can clearly understand the absolute safety of personal privacy when using all functional services.
Novael does not require any user account registration, login, identity verification or real-name authentication behaviors. Users can open the application and use all core AI generation functions directly without submitting any personal identity information, mobile phone numbers, email addresses or other personal private data. The application does not set up any user account system at all.
We never collect, bind, store or retain any user account-related personal information, and there is no any user data collection behavior throughout the entire use process.
All AI image and video template generation functions of Novael completely rely on our independently developed and operated internal service system. All algorithm computing, image rendering, template matching and video synthesis services are completed through our own exclusive server resources and independent technical systems.
The application never adopts, accesses, calls or cooperates with any third-party AI service platforms, third-party technical interfaces or external service providers in any form. There is no introduction of any third-party service links or third-party functional modules in any functional link of image uploading, AI generation, result preview and work export. All service processes are independently controlled and operated by our team, which fundamentally eliminates the risk of third-party data acquisition and sharing.
Novael absolutely never collects, stores, retains, identify, analyze or process any user facial information, facial features, facial biometric data and all human face-related personal information in any form. We do not retain any facial data generated during user usage, and no facial information of users will be saved in our system or servers in any scenario.
During the whole process of using the application's image uploading and AI visual generation functions, we will not capture, extract, recognize or record any facial contour, facial feature points, facial skin features, facial expression information and other face-related data contained in the user's uploaded images. Our AI generation technology only performs overall style conversion, template matching, color grading and visual effect rendering on the overall picture of the uploaded image, and will not conduct targeted identification, extraction and storage of facial areas and facial data in the picture.
The application has no built-in facial recognition function, no facial feature extraction function, and no any technical module for collecting, analyzing and storing human face data. No matter in normal use, background operation or functional triggering state, Novael will never actively or passively obtain and store user facial information. Zero collection, zero storage and zero retention of user facial data are permanent and fixed technical rules of our application with no exceptions.
Since our application relies entirely on self-developed independent services without any third-party service access, we will never transmit, provide or share any user facial data and facial information to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions in any form.
Novael never collects any user personal information, operation data, uploaded content and usage records in the first place. On this basis, we absolutely promise no sharing, transmission, provision, sale or disclosure of any user personal information and facial information to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions.
All user operation behaviors and uploaded content only exist in the local storage of the user's personal device. We will not actively upload, back up or obtain any user private data through servers. The application has no third-party data statistics, third-party tracking, third-party monitoring and other functional modules, and no data sharing cooperation with any external institutions. Without any user data collection behavior, there is no possibility of third-party data sharing and disclosure.
All user creation records, generated image and video works and operation logs generated during the use of Novael are only persistently stored in the user's local mobile device through the application's local storage function.
We do not collect or obtain any of the above local data, and will not upload any user local data to the cloud server without the user's active authorization. Users can independently delete local creation records and cache data through the application's built-in cache clearing function, and fully control their own local data ownership and usage rights. All local data is completely controlled by the user, and we have no access and storage authority.
We have formulated strict internal data management and privacy protection specifications for the application. Combined with our fully independent self-developed AI service system and the absolute zero data collection mechanism, we completely eliminate all privacy risks.
Except for the necessary local cache generated on the user's device to realize basic functions, we never collect any redundant user personal information, facial data and private content in any form. We always take user privacy security as the core service criterion to ensure that every user can use all AI creation functions safely and privately without any privacy risk.
